With four regular brews and two rotating seasonally, our hand- crafted beers strike the perfect balance between easy drinking and interesting flavours.

Our refined brewing process lets the ingredients shine to provide a refreshing beverage experience for everybody. We make approachable beers that are memorable. We pay close attention to detail throughout the brewing process, from paddock to pint, to ensure our brews are of outstanding quality.

Our Brewery and tasting room are located at Waitiri Creek, Gibbston Valley, Queenstown.
​
The tasting room was originally the Wangaloa Presbyterian Church. It was built in 1894 and relocated to Queenstown in 2000 where it became the cellar door for Waitiri Creek Vineyard.
​
We serve locally produced Waitiri Creek Wines at our tasting room and guests can enjoy a unique beer and/or wine tasting experience.

Cargo Brewery at Gantley
Mon to Sun 9 am to 10 pm.
Why not hop off at Cargo Brewery’s newest addition at Gantley’s? Stop by and visit their taproom which often hosts entertainment on the weekends.

Taproom opens at 1 pm, before that time you can enjoy breakfast or lunch.

Gibbston Tavern
Mon to Sun 11 am to 9 pm.
The Gibbston Tavern sits in the heart of Central Otago in the deep south of New Zealand and has a rich history going back to the gold mining days of the 1800’s.
​
We also offer a new beverage list that not only celebrates the best of local world class wines the area is famous for, but also a diverse range of local craft beers.

Gibbston Valley Cheesery recently relocated to Arrowtown and offers some delicious cheese platters accompanied with your choice of beer or wine.
